Universal Bans Drones Over UK Theme Park Construction Site for Safety Privacy Reasons

Universal Destinations and Experiences has issued cease-and-desist orders to drone operators flying near its new construction site in Bedford, England. The company took this action after observing unauthorized drones capturing footage of workers at low altitudes and sharing the content online. This move aims to protect both worker safety and privacy as construction efforts continue on the massive resort project. Universal has posted legal notices around the site and made them available online for all parties to review. The ban applies specifically to drone operations over or near the property without prior written authorization from the company. This development comes shortly after Universal officially unveiled its new branding for the upcoming United Kingdom Resort during a recent groundbreaking ceremony attended by executives and government officials.
