Universal Kids Park Opens July 2026 in Frisco Texas

Universal Destinations and Experiences has announced the upcoming launch of a new children-focused theme park set to open its doors on July 1, 2026, in Frisco, Texas. This exciting new destination will feature themed lands inspired by popular franchises including Trolls, Minions, Shrek, Jurassic World, and SpongeBob SquarePants. Tickets for the seasonal park are currently available for purchase online, with annual passes priced at $129.99 plus tax or $164.99 plus tax when including parking. The facility will operate on a seasonal schedule, closing during specific holidays and weekends throughout the year, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. In conjunction with the park, the Universal Kids Resort hotel is now accepting reservations, offering rooms starting at $200 for standard queen rooms with bunk beds and family suites exceeding $400. This new addition to the Universal portfolio aims to provide a dedicated entertainment experience for younger guests and their families in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The resort and park combination represents a significant expansion of family-friendly options in the region.
