However, severe lack of shade throughout most outdoor areas created uncomfortable conditions for guests waiting in lines or dining outside. Construction materials were still visible behind trash cans, and several attractions remained unfinished with bare concrete where theming should be present. The review team plans to return on the official opening date to assess improvements before their planned resort stay. Despite current shortcomings, the reviewer expressed genuine support for Universal’s success and hopes they can quickly address these issues.
