Universal Orlando Resort continues to expand its offerings with a brand-new nighttime spectacular at Epic Universe called Universal Celestial Goodnight. This fountain show, lighting display, and fireworks finale pays tribute to the park’s characters and adventures. Captain Cacao, the beloved chocolate bear character from Moonship Chocolates, will now meet guests in person starting May 22. Halloween Horror Nights 35 is approaching with new haunted houses featuring returning icons Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow. A second Fast & Furious roller coaster joins the lineup at Universal Studios Florida, opening in 2027. Islands of Adventure undergoes changes as Lost Continent closes to make way for a new themed area, possibly inspired by The Legend of Zelda. Several dining venues are updating or relocating, including Five Guys and Luke Combs’ Category 10 venue. The Universal Legacy Store now occupies the former Epic Universe Preview Center space.
