These upgrades will allow guests to view itinerary details directly in their Apple Wallet without opening the app. The system will automatically suggest the pass when approaching park tapstiles and update Lightning Lane return times in real time. While MagicMobile offers a convenient alternative to physical MagicBands, it currently lacks hotel room key functionality which remains a desired feature for many guests. Disney continues to support existing MagicBands through the 2030s while gradually shifting toward digital solutions.
