Downtown Disney Brings New Restaurants and Snack Spots Including Gordon Ramsay and Happy Ice

Downtown Disney is preparing to welcome a variety of new dining options in the near future. Among the upcoming additions are a restaurant from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, a Porto’s Bakery location, and a boba tea shop. Recently announced was the opening of Happy Ice, which will launch its permanent snack stand tomorrow. This establishment marks the first permanent Black-owned dessert company in Downtown Disney history. The venue specializes in Philadelphia-style Italian ice desserts made with all-natural ingredients including real fruit and pure cane sugar. A special layered dessert called JOY-LATI featuring flavors like banana pudding and strawberry shortcake will also be available. Early visitors to the location will receive complimentary merchandise such as t-shirts or tote bags. The snack stand operates from 11 A.M. until 11 P.M., offering guests a new sweet treat option in the area.
