New aerial photographs reveal significant progress on the Indiana Jones attraction at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, formerly known as DINOSAUR. The steel framework for the Mayan temple façade is now visible, transforming the site into Pueblo Esperanza. Construction continues throughout the former DinoLand U.S.A. area, including work on an Encanto-themed ride building and future carousel location. When Tropical Americas opens in 2027, guests will experience a lush village inspired by Latin American cultures featuring multiple attractions and dining options. The transformation represents one of the largest expansions at Disney’s Animal Kingdom since its opening.
