The 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival introduced four new Marketplace booths on October 2nd, including The Alps, Coastal Eats, India, and Earth Eats. Among these new arrivals, The Alps quickly became the standout performer with its updated Raclette and a completely new dish called Tartiflette. The revamped Raclette features melted cheese on a baguette with ham and apple-mustard relish, while the Tartiflette combines gratin potatoes with bacon, caramelized onions, and brie cheese. Both dishes won over the testers, with the Tartiflette being named the favorite due to its perfect balance of flavors and affordable price. The other new booths performed well as well, with Coastal Eats offering excellent seafood options and India serving reliable samosas and curry dishes. Earth Eats had one surprising winner in its cake, but the rest of its offerings did not reach the same level of excellence. The festival continues through November 21st, giving visitors plenty of time to sample these new options before the event concludes.
