Universal Orlando has officially ended the testing phase for its digital Attraction Assistance Pass, making it available to all eligible guests. The new system allows users to secure return times directly through a mobile app, streamlining the process significantly. Guests with an IBCCES Accessibility Card can visit any Guest Services location after speaking with Universal staff to set up their accounts. Those without this card must go to the Lobby inside each park, which combines guest services with first aid and baby care areas. The program now requires guests to enter the park before discussing accommodations, as bathroom issues no longer qualify for access. Annual pass holders without an IAC card will need to visit Guest Services every two weeks if they wish to update their guest list. This digital rollout represents a major improvement over previous methods, eliminating long waits at specialized queues and offering greater flexibility for guests with disabilities.
