Disney Saratoga Springs Resort Menu Gets Major Update With New Dishes And Allergy Options

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has introduced significant changes to the menu at its popular quick-service restaurant, The Artist’s Palette. Dozens of new items have been added while several classic dishes have been removed from the offerings. New dinner entrees include Herb-Roasted Salmon with Garlic Gremolata, BBQ Pork Macaroni and Cheese, Chicken-Bacon Alfredo Pasta, and a Brisket Sandwich. Plant-based diners now have a Barbecue Jackfruit Sandwich as an option instead of the previous gyro choice. The dessert section has also received a refresh with items like Cannoli Cupcake, Pistachio-Chocolate Cream Puff, and various cheesecakes. A new Protein Pack provides a lighter grab-and-go alternative for guests seeking healthier options. Perhaps most importantly, allergy-friendly menu choices have been greatly expanded to accommodate common allergens including fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, milk, and eggs. While some fan favorites like Mojo Pork and Baked Ziti are no longer available, the overall number of new offerings represents one of the most significant dining updates at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel in recent times.
